When will my order ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. During peak Broadway seasons or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days before shipping.
Do you offer international shipping for theater fans outside the US?
Yes, we ship our merchandise worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
What is your return policy for opening night playbills?
Due to their collectible nature, opening night and limited edition playbills are final sale. For other merchandise, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided items are in original condition.
Are the signatures on autographed items authentic?
Absolutely. All autographed posters and playbills sold through the Playbill Store are guaranteed authentic and often benefit Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
